DINO Becomes First-Ever K-pop Artist To Perform at the Event Alongside Global Stars Post Malone, Alesso & Tina Guo
SEVENTEEN's DINO lit up the opening ceremony of the Esports World Cup 2025 (hereinafter EWC 2025). He captured global attention with a high-octane performance that highlighted his commanding stage presence and genre-defying versatility.
Kicking off the world’s biggest esports event on the evening of July 10, DINO took stage at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, delivering a powerful live performance of the official EWC 2025 track, “Til My Fingers Bleed.” Sharing the spotlight with a star-studded line-up including Post Malone, GRAMMY nominated DJ Alesso and virtuoso cellist Tina Guo, DINO’s presence at the opening ceremony underscored his growing stature on the global stage.
DINO commanded the arena with a visually stunning mega-performance featuring over 30 dancers and immersive staging that vividly recreated the gaming universe. His signature powerful dance moves and flawless live vocals immediately captivated thousands of in-person attendees as well as millions of viewers tuning in from around the world.
Joining him onstage were his collaborators on the official track: American rapper, singer, and producer Duckwrth, and singer-songwriter Telle Smith of The Word Alive. Together, they delivered a genre-blending set that seamlessly fused K-pop, hip-hop, and rock. In the climactic finale, DINO and the ensemble executed a tightly synchronised group choreography, drawing explosive cheers from the audience.
“Til My Fingers Bleed,” blending a heavy beat with dynamic band sound, heightened the performance’s intense, high-energy atmosphere. The production team behind the track previously worked on multiple ‘League of Legends World Championship’ anthems, including the hit “POP/STARS” by K/DA. The choreography was crafted by renowned UK choreographer Jay Revell, known for his work with global artists such as David Guetta, Dua Lipa, and Anne-Marie.
The Esports World Cup is the world’s largest esports tournament that attracted 2.6 million visitors and over 500 million online viewers last year. EWC 2025, running from July 7 to August 24, offers a total prize pool exceeding $70 million, making it one of the highest-paying international esports competitions.
