Jay Park's MORE VISION Debuts LNGSHOT with Debut EP 'SHOT CALLERS'

LNGSHOT, the neoteric boy group formed under the mentorship of Korean American icon Jay Park, make their official debut with the release of their first EP, SHOT CALLERS. In tandem with the project’s release, LNGSHOT dropped the official music video for “Moonwalkin’,” which captures the boys’ natural comradery and eye-catching choreography. The 5-song EP also includes the much-talked-about track, “Saucin’,” which debuted during a performance at the Melon Music Awards last month and has been setting the internet ablaze with a music video that has racked up nearly 3 million views over the past two weeks. The SHOT CALLERS EP serves as a bold introduction to OHYUL, RYUL, WOOJIN, and LOUIS, who as a group took their name from “long shot,” a statement about defying the odds.

In less than a month since LNGSHOT’s first public appearance, the group has become one of the most talked about new acts in South Korea’s music scene. Already carving out their own unique lane, LNGSHOT aims to move beyond traditional K-pop frameworks to build a sound and world shaped by each members’ authentic, creative contributions and coming-of-age experience. Ohyul (b. 2006) is the leader of the group, Ryul (b. 2006) is the main rapper, Woojin (b. 2008) is the creative of the group, and Louis (b. 2010) is the main vocalist.

The first K-pop focused group under Jay Park’s label, MORE VISION, LNGSHOT has been a dream project for Jay Park. For over 17 years, he has built his own lane, breaking every mold in both hip-hop and K-pop. Now, the global superstar and industry powerhouse is dedicated to guiding the next generation to carry that same spirit forward. “The name LNGSHOT means the odds might be slim, but you take the risk anyway. That’s the spirit behind it,” Jay Park shared.

In November 2025, ahead of their debut, LNGSHOT shared 4SHOBOIZ MIXTAPE, their self-produced project. Released exclusively on YouTube, it offered a personal glimpse into LNGSHOT’s creative instincts and chemistry. As the four members prepare to release their debut project at the top of 2026, they continue to showcase their prodigious potential. “Saucin’,” written by all members with Jay Park, serves as an introduction to the groups’ overflowing charisma and sets the tone for the movement they aim to build.
