BTS will bring ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SINGAPORE’ to Singapore this December, marking the project’s first-ever Southeast Asian edition and its first and only stop in the region in 2026. Running from December 1 to 31, ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SINGAPORE’ will be the longest-running edition of ‘THE CITY’ to date, with experiences unfolding across the city throughout the month. The program will lead into and run alongside BTS’ sold-out, four-night concert run at the National Stadium on December 17, 19, 20 and 22.
‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG’ is HYBE's city-wide experience model, extending the excitement of the concert across the host city through a range of fan experiences and activations. Designed to run alongside the ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’’, it connects fans with the tour beyond the stadium through experiences and installations woven into destinations across each host city.
Originating in Seoul in March 2026, ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG’ has since been staged in just four other cities, Las Vegas, London, Busan and New York. Singapore will mark the project's first-ever stop in Southeast Asia and its final edition of 2026.
For ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SINGAPORE,’ HYBE has partnered with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB). Through collaborations with some of Singapore’s best-known tourism, cultural and lifestyle destinations, the month-long program will bring ‘BTS THE CITY’ experiences to locations across the island. Partners include Jewel Changi Airport, Mandai Wildlife Reserve, National Gallery Singapore, National Museum of Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa, Sentosa Development Corporation, The Kallang and Zouk Singapore, each presenting a diverse range of activations that together offer fans the full ‘BTS THE CITY’ experience.
The experience will also extend into Singapore’s cityscape. Landmarks in Marina Bay and along the Singapore River will also be lighting up each night in ‘ARIRANG’ red from December 8 to 22, including Anderson Bridge; Cavenagh Bridge; Clemenceau Bridge; Coleman Bridge; Elgin Bridge; Gardens by the Bay; Millenia Tower; Ord Bridge; OUE Bayfront; Singapore Flyer; The Fullerton Hotel Singapore; The Helix Bridge; and The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. Together, the activations will bring the world of ‘ARIRANG’ beyond the concert venue and into some of Singapore’s most recognisable destinations throughout the month.
"Hosting the Southeast Asian debut of 'BTS THE CITY ARIRANG' is a testament to our ability to attract some of the world's most iconic IPs, reinforcing Singapore’s position as a premier destination for world-class live entertainment. We look forward to welcoming BTS fans from across the world to Singapore this December,” said Mr Oliver Chong, Assistant Chief Executive, International Group, STB.
HYBE stated, “We are delighted to bring ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG’ to Singapore for its first-ever Southeast Asian edition, marking the final stop of the project in 2026. With the support of the Singapore Tourism Board, we look forward to extending the excitement of BTS’ concerts beyond the stadium and bringing fans and visitors together through unique experiences across the city. We hope ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SINGAPORE’ will offer fans and visitors from around the world a special way to experience and celebrate the music of BTS and close out the year together.”
Since launching in Seoul earlier this year, ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG’ has expanded alongside the ‘BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’’, taking on a distinct character in each host city through local partnerships, landmarks and experiences. Singapore will close out the project’s 2026 run on its largest timeline yet, with a full month of programming spanning the city.
More details on ‘BTS THE CITY ARIRANG SINGAPORE’ will be announced in due course.
