WAYF BOYS Drop New Single “SWAG” Expanding Their Vision for “NU-Kpop”

Today, rising five-member Korean boy group WAYF BOYS return with their new single, “SWAG,” the second release from the emerging act already gaining attention beyond the traditional K-Pop lane.

Built around a slick R&B/hip-hop groove, “SWAG” brings a confident, high-energy edge to WAYF BOYS’ sound. The track is made for movement, but its attitude is just as important as its rhythm - effortless, self-assured, and unapologetically WAYF.

The release follows WAYF BOYS’ August 7th debut single, “WAYF BOYS DO,” which quickly connected with fans and established the group as one to watch. Its official music video has surpassed 2.4 million views on YouTube, while the single has also landed on a growing slate of editorial playlists across Apple Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music. On Apple Music, the track has been featured on K-Pop Risers and New In Pop. Spotify placements include KimBops! on which they received cover placement, All New K-Pop, All New Pop, and Pop Music Videos, while YouTube Music has featured the group on Brand New Korean Hip Hop, Brand New Korean Music, K-RISING, NEXT ON, and Seoul to Tokyo. Together, these placements reflect growing recognition for WAYF BOYS across major streaming platforms and position the group within a broad range of K-pop, Korean music, R&B, hip-hop, and international pop discovery environments.
